Not at all. We meet you where you are and build from there.

What should I expect in the Starting Point Session?

A 45-min, no-pressure conversation to learn about you, a complimentary body analysis, and a movement screen to ensure you get the results you deserve.

How long are workouts?

Boot Camp sessions are 30 minutes. Semi-private sessions are 45 minutes.

Do you offer nutrition coaching, too?

Yes — We keep it simple and practical, with guidance and accountability.

What’s the difference between Boot Camp and Semi-Private training?

  • Boot Camphigh-energy group training with low-impact options that keep you moving and motivated.
  • Semi-Private Training – Personalized full-body strength workouts focused on form, mobility, balance, and long-term bone health.
